Its difficult to know what to write….
When we arrived in France all those years (10) ago the dream was always to, one day, make our own wine. Many of you have visited us here and are aware of how special it is, how beautiful our vines are and we now feel ready and able to make our own wine.
Whilst we have a few 1000 vines to produce the grapes, we are somewhat lacking in things to squash them… ( I have done it by foot for 1 vats worth, and some of you may have even seen the photographic evidence, but it is impractical and there simple aren’t enough swear words available, in either language, for the levels of frozen feet) and then things to put them into.
So we are seeking to raise, through investment and membership packages the funds to do so.
